Answer: You can grow lily of the nile from seeds but it takes patience. Allow the seed pods to dry on the plant then remove them and collect the seeds. Cover the seed lightly to sow, and germinate at about 75 degrees F. Germination takes anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks.
