I just purchased a house and the back yard only has weeds. So we are hand pulling them leaving only dirt. We need grass and to plant a few trees. Also my back yard has a slight slope around the outside of the perimeter and has very large crack making it unlevel. My dirt level is so low the full foundation of the house is exposed. Where do I start what do I do to get grass and get the ground ready to plant a tree and avoid foundation problems because of the lack of dirt?
