You can purchase one through The Nursery at Emerisa Gardens, 555 Irwin Lane, Santa Rosa, 95401, phone 707-525-9644, fax 707-525-0300 - clearly address fax to "retail". This nursery is both retail and wholesale and all of their plants are available to retail buyers.
