Tom,

You don't overseed fescue with Bermuda seed and there is not good seed for St. Augustine. If you want to transition from fescue to bermuda or St. Augustine, first kill the fescue with a herbicide or repeated rototilling and then establish the other turf species. The new species should be in by late August if you hope to have a well established stand before cold weather arrives.
