Diana,

That plant is producing "pups" or "babies" around the base. These can be cut away and potted up to start new plants. The yellow leaves may be due to dry or soggy wet conditions (poor drainage). It is also possible that a herbicide from a turf or other application nearby has affected the plant. Time is the only cure for such damage.
