i have a sago palm that last year did not produce leaves and had bulb like around the trunk. this year it produced leaves, but have turned yellow, what to do???? i really like my plant. |
Diana, That plant is producing "pups" or "babies" around the base. These can be cut away and potted up to start new plants. The yellow leaves may be due to dry or soggy wet conditions (poor drainage). It is also possible that a herbicide from a turf or other application nearby has affected the plant. Time is the only cure for such damage. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
