Question: I enjoy Charentais melons and cantaloupes. If planted in<br>the same area would these two melons cross pollinate.<br>If so how far do they have to planted apart.

Answer: Your melons can be grown in the same garden plot and the fruits will be just what you expect. However, don't save the seeds from the mature fruit to plant next year because cross pollination will cause changes in the varieties.
