I have a beautiful chenille plant, about 3 ft. tall and full of blooms. First question, how can I propagate another plant? Second, do the long tassels contain seeds? Third, will it freeze in winter?

Kitty,

You can propagate another one from stem cuttings of that plant. Unless the type of chenile plant you have does not produce viable seed those tassels may well contain seeds. They will need time to mature so don't harvest the tassels until they start to dry naturally. The chenile plant is not able to tolerate freezing weather.
