My crocosmia did not bloom. They get plenty of water and sun. They were blooming when set out them out 1 year ago.

There doesn't seem to be any reason for your crocosmia to fail to bloom; if it's getting plenty of sunshine and adequate water, it should bloom - and it may, still. Sometimes they wait until late August or early September to show their beautiful flowers. You may just need to be patient for a few more weeks.
