I would like to know if i could plant golden euonymus japonica aureo marginata inside plant pot,through all winter.

Yes, it should be possible to maintain this plant as a house plant indoors. However, this is a plant that does best with bright light and a very cool indoor temperature -- in the 50's during the day and 40's at night.
