Unfortunately, based on the information in your question, it is difficult to give you advice. Monrovia is a brand name so I do not know which plant you have. Container grown plants can be planted now, and usually it is better to plant them immediately than try to maintain them in a container under home conditions. However, this is not a good time to transplant a plant already growing in the ground; for that, September would probably be better, although certain plants should only be transplanted in very early spring. On the other hand, if you just planted them yesterday or a few days ago, you could go ahead and move them now. Since I am not sure which plant you have, I would suggest you work with your retailer to identify the plant and ask then for specific planting instructions. Good luck with your plants!
