What can I do to bring back the health and beauty of these arbor vitae? Please HELP.Thank you.

Answer: It sounds as though your arborvitaes are putting most of their growing energy into making seed pods. I'd prune off a few inches of foliage to stop the formation and to encourage healthy new growth.

Best wishes with your arborvitaes!
