We have a Topaz Jewel Japanese Rose, we need to plant in the ground, however, it has blooms on it, will it hurt to plant it while there are blooms? Should we wait until they are open to plant? Please advise as we need to get it in the ground to establish itself before winter. Thank You |
I'd plant it now. You may sacrifice the current blooms (and then again, you may not) but the important thing is to get it into the ground so it can establish itself before cold weather sets in. Best wishes with your garden! |
