I am thinking of moving my flower beds this spring. I have a number of lilies planted there. Can I move them?

Sure you can move them. I wouldn't do it in the spring though. They will be preparing for bloom then and disturbing them at that time could interrupt their blooming. It is really not a good idea to disturb any plant while it is actively growing...probably wouldn't kill them, but may stunt them a bit. A better time would be in the fall after they have bloomed and the foliage has died down. If it really must be done before then, I would do it now (if your ground isn't frozen...I am in the same zone as you and our ground isn't anywhere near frozen) rather than do it in the spring.
