I plan to put three sarcococca ruscifolia on a shady flower bed in my yard that is 90

Sarcococca makes a terrific groundcover and it doesn't mind being pruned (or being dug and divided). I'd go ahead and plant them in the area you describe. The plants won't damage the wall and they won't mind growing into one another. Enjoy your garden!
