I have a three year old endless summer. It is getting too much sun and wilts in the hot summer. Can it be moved without killing it? If so when is the best time? It also gets black spot on the leaves. I have sprayed with a fungicide but seems to always come back. |
The black spots may simply be appearing because your hydrangea is under stress. I'd move the plant when it is dormant (after a hard frost in the fall but before new growth begins in the spring). I think you'll find that giving your hydrangea morning sun but protection from afternoon sunshine will improve its appearance. Best wishes with your garden! |
