I have an Ebony Magic Holly from Monrovia. Do I need a male and female for this plant to flower and bear fruit berries?

Ebony Male is the male companion most often suggested for Ebony Magic. Hollies are generally developed with specific breeding pairs in mind because they must bloom at the same time or at least overlap blooming times in order to provide pollen at the right time. If there are a number of different kinds of hollies in the immediate area, you may not need to purchase a pollen source of your own.
