Answer: Deer really like munching on evergreen azaleas so I would remove them from my list of plants; they tend to stay away from azaleas rhodendrons with fuzzy leaves. With that said, you may want to try planting a single azalea and see how the deer population view it. If they leave it alone, you can probably plant lots of them without too much damage. There's no accurate list of plants deer ignore. It really depends on the size of the deer population, how hungry they are, and what else is planted in the neighborhood. Wish I could be more help!
