Kathy,

None of those bulbs need refrigeration prior to planting. Ixia will grow in cool conditions but the foliage can freeze so better wait until spring or start them indoors for a head start in late winter then plant outside. Ixia should be planted 4-5" deep in an area with lots of sun. Dutch iris and ranunculus should be planted in the fall in your area. Plant Dutch iris about 5" deep in an area that will get full sun or part shade. Plant ranunculus about 4" deep in a full sun to part shade location making sure to set the bulbs with the "claws" on the bulb pointing downward.
