I'm looking for a SEEDLESS (or mostly so) DESERT WILLOW.

When I lived in the Calif. Low Desert, the Living Desert plant store had some. I notice that High Country Gardens sells one

Discovered in 1997 Richard Mathews, Timeless Beauty? is an essentially seedless cultivar that blooms over a much longer season than other desert willows. It is the same plant as you found in California.
