Olive trees, whether fruitful or fruitless are about the same price. If you have a choice, choose a fruitless variety and you won't have a lot of litter to clean up each year. The larger the tree, the more expensive. Olive trees are fairly fast growing so if you purchase the smallest you can find, it should grow into an attractive tree in 7-10 years.

Best wishes with your landscape!
