What is the best and echonomic way to treat and prevent further damage to 3 small orange trees by leaf miner

Saady,

Those pests are not considered to do enough damage to the plant to warrant spraying. Focus on good sunlight, adequate watering and regular feeding to keep the plant vigorous and healthy. Another reason sprays are not reocmmended is that they don't kill the larvae in the leaf and to keep spraying the plant over the course of the season to kill adults that might be arriving to lay eggs is not practical or an environmentally sound practice.
