I have one of your 5-10 gallon Staghorn Sumac's Lacinata that we purchased in March and it does not have any fruit yet... Do you know why as the fruit seems like it should be present. Thanks in advance, John

The beauty of your sumac will be in the fall color and to some extent, the flowers. But Sumacs bear male and female flowers on different plants. For good fruit displays, you'll need both male and female sumacs in your landscape.
