I would like suggestions for a small ornamental flowering tree for my front garden. It is an area under a dining room window that has southern exposure and lots of sun loving flowering perenials.

There are a number of small flowering trees you might consider. Crape myrtle produces flowers in pink or red; ornamental pear has white flowers, hawthorn flowers in either deep pink or white; Magnolia stellata remains small enough for a courtyard setting. Hope one of these suggestions is just right for your garden!
