Whitefly is very difficult to control, especially if there is a well established population on your plant. You may be able to control it using commercially formulated insecticidal soap or a horticultural oil spray. Be sure to carefully read and follow all of the label directions for application and reapplication, and be sure to contact all parts of the plant with the spray. However, the best approach will depend in part on which specific plant is affected. (The sprays I mentioned are not suitable for use on all plants.) I would strongly suggest you work with your local county extension to determine the best product to use and how/when is best to apply it for the most effective results.
