Scale can be treated with insecticidal soap, neem, or horticultural oil labeled for use indoors. Read and carefully follow all of the label directions, including for retreatment. You can also try removing them by hand with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol and working in bright light -- but it is difficult to find and remove all of them this way. Scale can be very difficult to control so remove/spray thoroughly and be vigilant in case they reappear.
