Last year I started some Abutilon from Burpee's seeds. I got one plant that was salmon color and I would like to propagate it. Can it be started from cuttings?

Abutilon can be started from seeds or from cuttings in the spring. Use a section of new growth, 4 to 6 inches long. Remove the lower leaves but leave the upper ones. Dip the cut end in rooting hormone and plant it in a pot with moistened potting soil. Keep well watered in bright light. After the new plant has developed roots, new leaf growth will begin.
