I have a North facing covered front porch - very end of day sun - mostly in summer- bright indirect light. I would like to place an ornamental container plant to create interest near my front door. I have seen many homes near my area that have Wax Leaf Privet Topiary Trees in similar front porch settings. Would this plant work in this particular area? I would appreciate any additional suggestions as well. Thank you.

A Wax Leaf Privet would make a lovely focal point, as would Eugenia, Azalea, Euonymus or even an ivy topiary. Best wishes with your new plant!
