When our house was built last December the builder planted many aaaafrican iris. They looked great until now. They have grown up under the pygmy date palm. Can I cut them back? If so, how far back? I was told at the nursery that I can cut them back and treat like grass plants. Thank you for your help?

Sherry,

Sorry for the delayed reply. What the nursery told you is correct. They will regrow from being cut all the way back if that is what you would like to do.

Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
