i have planted a tangerine bush in my front yard. now the leaves are folding in. why is this happening? what am i doing wrong with this plant?

Sorry for the delayed reply. Those leaves seem to be indicating drought stress or some other such stress. Make sure the soil is adequately moist and see if new foliage develops normally. If not take a sample of the foliage to your local County Extension Office for a free diagnosis.
