WILL MOTHBALLS KEEP THE MICE OUT OF MY POTATOS AND CARROTS ???

It is better to exclude the rodents from the storage place for example by using containers with tight fitting lids (and small ventilation holes). The following publication gives detailed instructions and diagrams for different ways to store vegetables at home.

Using mothballs near food is not recommended due to their toxicity if ingested; in addition, mothballs are not registered for this type of use or as a rodent repellent.
