If your plan is to harvest flowers from a California garden in February, here's what will likely be in bloom:
snapdragons
white clover
crocus tomasinianus
mexican heather*
meyer lemon
narcissus tazetta "erlicheer"
pentas
primroses
salvia elegans (pineapple sage)
tulipa kolpakowskiana
verbena
violets

Or, you may opt to purchase flowers from a local florist for your wedding bouquet. Best wishes with your wedding!
