Lonicera sempervirens 'Magnifica' is semi evergreen, it will hold its foliage very late sometimes to mid winter -- but will defoliate eventually. The rose Rosa banksiae 'Alba Plena' will bloom in spring for a week or so, if the weather is mild and cooperates the display can last longer. If you are thinking of planting this rose be sure you have ample space for it to grow and a strong support, it grows huge over time.
