Iv'e wterd it wvery few days. Yesterday i noticed it looks shrived up and drying almost like a chritmas tree in January.

The problem is due to overwatering. Lavender grows best in well draining soil that's kept on the dry side. They perform best outdoors in full sunshine. Try watering thoroughly and then allowing the top inch of soil to dry out before watering deeply again. As long as the soil drains quickly, the roots should be happy. Hope your plant recovers soon!
