From time to time you have been helping me with a china doll plant. Those was 5 stems in the plant. Now I have 3 left that like pretty healthy. I told you the leaves were turning yellow and falling off. You told me to submerge it in water and let it drain. It is under a flourence light and I water from the roots. It looks a little spindly but their is no growth coming out. Do I leave the new growth on or pick it off. Is their any possible way to root the new growth so later can put it with the plant to make it fuller. Thanks so much for your help. Julia

Pinching back the growing tips on your china doll plant will help it bush out and look less leggy. If it is getting adequate light it should produce new growth all year around. You might want to adjust the fluorescent light so it is only inches from the foliage. Be sure to leave the light on 12-14 hours a day.

Hope this information helps!
