| Some herbs will adapt to growing in a sunny windowsill; others need to be outdoors in full sunshine. Since this is your first attempt, I'd suggest growing parsley and basil in your sunniest kitchen window. Both plants need well draining soil, warmth and sunshine. There are many books written about herbs (and growing them indoors). Why not check with your local library for other herb growing tips? Enjoy! |
