Most varieties of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) will not be winter hardy in your area, but you could try growing some of the hardiest types such as "Arp" or "Hill Hardy." Be sure to plant it in a location sheltered from winter winds but with good air circulation; it also must have very well drained soil or even sandy soil for best results. Please check with your local stores so see if they have rosemary in stock or expect to have it in the spring.
