Your tree will fruit without another tree nearby. To assure pollination you may want to dab from flower to flower with a very soft paintbrush or cotton swab. You will have to bring it indoors during the winter as it does not withstand freezing. For best results it should not be exposed to temperatures below about 50 degrees. Indoors, it needs bright light, a cool room temperature, and ample humidity. Good luck with your tree!
