| I have been conducting an experiment. I took some seeds from one of my orange coneflowers, I'm trying to sow the seeds indoors just to see if they will germinate. That was on 12/14/06. I have them near heat. It is now 12/22/06. Do you think they will eventually germinate? Thank |
| Echinacea seed is easy to germinate so I think you all you need to do is have a little more patience. The seeds usually germinate in 10-20 days. Cover with 1/4 inch soil and keep potting medium moist but not soggy wet. You should see sprouts within another week or two. Best wishes with your coneflower plants! |
