my fruit tree snapped at the bottom, can I replant it to get to grow?

You didn't say how long your fruit tree has been planted, or even how big it is. I would venture to say the roots may send up a new shoot next spring, but there's no guarantee. It might be best to plan on replacing the tree next spring (and staking it upright if it's in a windy area to prevent a similar occurance).
