I had asked about a debutante camillia that wasn't flowering and received a reply but I replied to that asking for further help and have been ignored (my reply was sent 12/24). Would you please follow up to my request for help? Your local dealer treated me so poorly when I asked them that I'll never go back to them so you're my only source for help.

I am sorry you are having such a difficult time. I checked the current incoming questions at the Q&A system and your follow up is not listed. Unfortunately, I have no way to go back and check on old questions that have been answered. Perhaps there was a glitch in the email somewhere. Or, if you replied by email (rather than through the Q&A system) then I don't really know what happens to incoming email replies. If you would be so kind to ask again using the Q&A system one of us will answer back as soon as we can. We usually answer within 24 hours (maybe 48 in spring when it is very busy) so you should always hear back quickly. I do apologize for your trouble.
