| Sharmeen, I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you. Anytime of the year is good for landscaping in Dallas. The best time is from fall to spring. Summer is difficult for people and plants but still some work can be done if we provide us and our plants with frequent drinks of water! Thanks for the question.
