| Wiri Hebe is hardy to zone 8 and will survive a typical winter in your Edmonds garden. However, an extremely cold and snowy winter such as we've recently experienced will do it in. It does help plants to endure unusually cold weather if they're in protected places such as near buildings and under eaves. I'd take a chance on this plant and plan to protect it during such miserably cold winters as happen every 10 years or so. |
