| Richard, I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you. I would suggest that you consider one of the many crape myrtle varieties. These come in a wide range of colors and sizes so you can find several that reach the 20-25 foot range. Few trees provide flowers for as long of a period each summer than do crape myrtles.
