I NEED TO PRUNE OFF A LOWER BRANCH OF MY DISECTUM JAPANESE MAPLE TREE. THE TRUNK OF THE TREE IS APPROXIMATELY 6

Winter is an excellent time to remove that branch, so I'd do it now.
