Is there any type of chemical that can be used to repel geese without harming them? Your advise of using the fishing line is good but not practical for the amount of lawn that needs help. I've heard of a liquid that golf courses use and I want to know if there is a granular type that is available.

I think I know what you are looking for. Jerry Baker Products has a repellent that is very effective at repelling geese and it isn't harmful to them. It is simply called "Goose Repellent - Fly Away Home!". It is in concentrate form and 1 qt. covers 4,000 sq. ft. You can obtain it by calling 1-800-888-0010 or visit the website at www.jerrybaker.com
