I just purchased some grape plants. The ground is still frozen here what should i do with the plants until i plant them.

I hope they are dormant, meaning have not leafed out yet. Keep them above freezing but very cool, below 45 degrees, so they stay dormant. The roots should be kept slightly, barely damp but not sopping wet. Plant them as soon as the ground is workable. They will "wake up" naturally with the season. Good luck with your grapes!
