I purchased bulbs (tulips, grape hyacinths, daffodils)last fall but didn't get them set out. Can I plant them now or should I wait until fall?

Unfortunately, bulbs do not keep well for long periods of time. Check them and throw away any that are soft, shriveled, moldy or smell bad. Then plant the rest as soon as possible. They may not bloom for you this spring, but they have a better chance of surviving if planted. Good luck with your bulbs!
