I would like a list of times I need to fertilize, seed, thatch, and use of pre emergent, and anything else I might need to keep my lawn green and healthy.

A general rule of thumb is to over-seed in either spring or fall, thatch prior to overseeding, fertilize with a 3-1-2 ratio of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium four times a year (April, June, September and November) and apply a pre-emergent in the spring (about two weeks after fertilizing). Best wishes with your lawn!
