What causes white spots on the green leaves of my double impatiens?

The white spots are probably evidence of a fungal disease (cool nights and relatively high humidity). Overcrowding can cause the problem, too. Impatiens are sensitive to fungal sprays so try pinching off the affected leaves. This will open the plant up to better air circulation and will encourage the production of healthy new leaves.
