I noticed there is differences between high areas and low areas on my garden. Fruit trees at lower areas (even 3ft lower) are most frost prone. Codl air drainage seems to play a significant role. What is your experience on this? Is there any device that can drain this cold air and pump it off? |
Probably the easiest way to address the problem you describe is to either build a fence or plant some evergreen shrubs to block the flow of cold air to the lower portion of your yard. A wall will effectively push the air up and over the low spot in your landscape. |
